GSA is a boutique consultancy formed with the intent of bringing to life out of the box strategies based on our staff’s extensive experience. Our staff has worked, lived and studied in over seven countries, building a truly global network of business contacts and relationships. Collectively they boast over 20 years of international legal and business consulting work, especially as it pertains to the tech, finance and transactions sectors. Our staff also are prolific writers and speakers, appearing at more than 50 seminars, workshops and conferences.
