Greene Strategic Advisors is an international strategic advisory group. We exist to solve the critical issues facing our clients, both large and small. We advise our clients on executing a broad array of strategies involving cross-border transactions, matchmaking, and exit strategies. Company Background
GSA is a boutique consultancy formed with the intent of bringing to life out of the box strategies based on our staff’s extensive experience. Our staff has worked, lived and studied in over seven countries, building a truly global network of business contacts and relationships. Collectively they boast over 20 years of international legal and business consulting work, especially as it pertains to the tech, finance and transactions sectors. Our staff also are prolific writers and speakers, appearing at more than 50 seminars, workshops and conferences.

An entrepreneur with a strong focus on building businesses-- Darsshan is currently engaged in several new initiatives to harness his experiences in global media, education, technology and social impact to continue to help “make a difference.” Darsshan is raising intelligent capital focused on the media/tech and entertainment sectors, while keeping a keen eye on the strategic mergers and acquisitions opportunities across the SEA & Middle East regions. He currently serves as a managing partner at DVM Capital, an investment platform enabling media entrepreneurs to move to the next level. Additionally, Darsshan serves as an advisor to various media and entertainment companies.
Darsshan previously spearheaded content, digital marketing and social media initiatives for globally renowned brands and has a proven track record of delivering strategic content objectives across key markets .
Darsshan is determined in his approach with a zeal towards achieving the desired objectives, and his proficiency in expanding capabilities hasled him to successful stints in the media industry with brands like Radio Mirchi 98.3 , 92.7 Big FM, UTV, and Percept Live. He is also been blessed enough to exhibit his entrepreneurial instincts. Darsshan launched his own venture, ‘Above Media LLP,’ in 2014, to create and curate content for the new age consumer. As a CEO of the company, Darsshan ventured into various business verticals, including production, digital marketing and consulting, which gave him ample learning opportunities to hone and integrate his skills, and channel them into his current task portfolios.
